Who We Are
Deluxe Home Properties was founded and established in 2006 by Malcolm Engel and Charlene Williams, who were later joined by Ronald Williams and Lynette Engel.
At Deluxe Home Properties, we have a strong set of values which focuses on providing both our buyers and sellers with professional and efficient service. We are affiliated with trustworthy, reputable and reliable partners who aid us in obtaining bond approvals for our clients, as well as the registration and transferring of properties. We have multiple branches both in Johannesburg and in the Cape Town area.
At Deluxe Home Properties we understand that buying or selling a property can be a daunting task, it is for this reason that we maintain a small Sales Team; to allow us to build close relationships with all our clients to analyse and better understand their needs and requirements.
